Greystar management bought the property in April/May 2016 and things have gone downhill quickly. As if the rental increases aren't enough, they also now charge tenants for water, sewer and trash AND pet rent if you own a pet. Not sure how they can figure out an amount for billing individual tenants the correct amount for their usage of the water, sewer and trash, as there are no individual apartment meters for any of these utilities. They are HORRIBLE with responding to any questions/problems/maintenance you may have, whether you see them in person, call or email. You can hear every possible noise there is to hear in these apartments, including your neighbor's conversations and planes flying overhead that sound like they are close to hitting the building. The water smells heavily of chlorine and I'm not talking about the pool. I'm talking the water you use for washing, bathing and drinking. To charge as much as they do for rent, you should be getting a lot more for your money. This is Boise, Greystar.
