Full disclosure, I am the owner of Park Apartments. My wife and I bought the property on 7/31/15. This Resident mentions a $280 bill that we didn't pay. Let me assure you this bill has been paid. We could not locate any invoice supporting the bill and, based on this posting, we ask the vendor for a copy, received it, and paid it that same day. I don't know if this Resident ever delivered the bill or the prior manager misplaced it. The maintenance man this Resident is referring to does not "...take all of the assigned parking for himself." This is a blatant misstatement. The information about the door being jammed is accurate, and we immediately terminated the maintenance person who was on call and failed to respond. I can walk in the pet areas without any issue day or night. What this Resident fails to mention is that, to date, over 100 of our 160 apartments have been substantially upgraded with new appliances, new carpets, new vinyl, new two tone paint , new baseboards, new light fixtures, new faucets, and recovered kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops. We've also added a new children's playground, a BSU themed pool table in the clubhouse, and a new game room with a second game room being put together as we speak. We are also improving the landscaping and the exterior lighting. Come see what we've done! We now have a waiting list!!! We must be doing something right...

Full disclosure, I am the owner of Park Apartments. My wife and I bought the property on 7/31/15. Let first respond by saying we have never issued a noise complaint notice to "all" Residents as this poster claims. If we get a noise complaint, we verify it first, and if it's a valid complaint, we post a notice asking that the Resident honor the terms of our lease and rules and regulations. We have also never charged a Resident any of our costs to remodel or upgrade an apartment. To do so would be illegal! As a greedy owner, we have invested substantial sums rehabbing over 100 of our 160 apartments with new appliances, new carpets, new vinyl, new two tone paint, new baseboards, new light fixtures, new faucets, and recovered kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops. We've also added a new children's playground, a BSU themed pool table in the clubhouse, and a new game room with a second game room being put together as we speak. We are also improving the landscaping and the exterior lighting. Come see what we've done! We now have a waiting list!!!

DEFINITELY DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE. the people who live here aren't the problem. The staff and the maintenance people are 100% to blame. Probably the worst place to live in all of Boise. This place and the staff is a joke.

With regard to our staff, I will readily admit that the staff we inherited from the prior owner had some issues, but rest assured the entire staff has been replaced. Over 100 of our 160 apartments have been substantially upgraded with new appliances, new carpets, new vinyl, new two tone paint , new baseboards, new light fixtures, new faucets, and recovered kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops. We've also added a new children's playground, a BSU themed pool table in the clubhouse, and a new game room with a second game room being put together as we speak. We are also improving the landscaping and the exterior lighting. Come see what we've done! We now have a waiting list!!!

Full disclosure, I am the owner of Park Apartments. This review has so many falsehoods in it I don't know where to start. We've never charged anyone $50 for a cigarette butt on the ground. We've never towed a vehicle that has a current registration, whether a paperplate in the window or a license plate on the car. The dog did act aggressively towards another dog, and we warned the owner about that behavior. I won't dignify the crack head remark with a comment, but we have changed our entire staff during our term of ownership. We never paint over mold. We never enter an apartment without the Resident's consent or without a proper notice being delivered. We do request our Residents drive no more than 5 mph while on the property for safety reasons with children and pets on the grounds, but we only talk to Residents doing well over 5 mph. We don't post late fees until the morning of the 6th and rent is still not in. If the rent is deposited in the lock box on the 5th, we always enter those payments on the first working day after the 5th before charging late fees. We own 533 apartments and usually have less than 5 to rent at any given time so we must be doing something professionally. Over 100 of our 160 apartments have been substantially upgraded with new appliances, new carpets, new vinyl, new two tone paint , new baseboards, new light fixtures, new faucets, and recovered kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops. We've also added a new children's playground, a BSU themed pool table in the clubhouse, and a new game room with a second game room being put together as we speak. I don't doubt the validity of this posting based on what we discovered when we toured the property and met the staff and what we discovered after we closed on the property.
