The Park Apartments where do you start with this place it was great in the beginning when i first moved in but when the management gives tenets attitude on a daily basis when you wanna try and report an issue then makes you not wanna talk to them....like ever!!! on top of the fact the term of a property manager is only like a year i have been here 3 and seen a new one each year current one they have is so far the worst, on top of the fact that rent increased $25 and they say for renewing your lease they will come upgrade a certain part in your apartment like a kitchen faucet or a new light or something like that...yeah 3 years later i haven't seen anything like that. yeah maintenance issues take forever to resolve i mean takes almost 2 weeks after you put in the request i mean took them a week and a half after i did a request to replace a screen that they took during a inspection to fix screens. one of the best times was during my second year here they had all the buildings repainted yeah that was a fun time they hired the cheapest crew they could ever to do the job i say this because when they painted my building they over sprayed so much that you couldn't open your front door i had to climb out my window to get out then when we called maintenance to help fix the issue like a good crew should they gave me a slight attitude because it was in the pm or so and he had to do work like really just not right. Take it from current tenets if you have the choice to do another complex, even if it is slightly more take it this place isn't worth the hassle it has been be so glad when im done with my current lease

Full disclosure, I am the owner of Park Apartments. My wife and I bought the property on 7/31/15 so this posting involves prior ownership, prior management, and prior staff. I don't doubt the validity of this posting based on what we discovered when we toured the property and met the staff and what we discovered after we closed on the property. We can't change the past, but rest assured the entire staff has been replaced, over 100 of our 160 apartments have been substantially upgraded with new appliances, new carpets, new vinyl, new two tone paint , new baseboards, new light fixtures, new faucets, and recovered kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops. We've also added a new children's playground, a BSU themed pool table in the clubhouse, and a new game room with a second game room being put together as we speak. We are also improving the landscaping and the exterior lighting. Come see what we've done! We now have a waiting list!!!
