My husband and I lived there 3 months shy of 3 years. And we were very very happy with the apartment the whole time. When there was the other property management company the girls in the office were very very rude. But we were relieved when the new company took over that they were very nice and friendly. We would get things fixed in a very timely manner most of the time the same or next day. We never had any noise from other tenants
the only reason we moved (and now we regret it) is we needed a two bedroom and felt that we could find a cheaper one elsewhere. But now with our new place its cheaper but noisey.
The only major problem I had was when they changed to the new company the old property management company didn't keep good records and they lost that we had paid a last months rent deposit of $489. I never knew that it we had it in our records when we would sign the new leases that it would be listed on each lease saying how much money we had with them being held.
But I never expected getting it back anyways. We did get most of our deposit back when we moved it is was only a $99 deposit. Be got $54 because they had some light cleaning and painting to do.
Sometimes parking was a problem because they didnt have a parking policy since there aren't even enough spots for all the apartments.
But overall a very great place to live I would remcommend it to anyone. And maybe we will end up going back there because our new place (Chapparral apartments) sucks.
