Juniper Court Apartments
Resident • 2011 - 2014 Not Recommended
I have good and bad things to say about juniper court. I lived there for three years. Keep in mind I speak strictly for my old one bedroom apartment (j76). The good - the unit had a good layout. The carpet was fairly new. The washer and dryer was a definite plus. The parking wasn't bad. The bad - appliances in the unit were old and dated. Dishwasher barely worked. Management refused to look into replacing anything. The windows were old and leaked moisture in the winter, which froze on the inside of the sill and created mold. Management refused to look into replacing the windows and claimed it was "tenant responsibility" to mop up the water and clean the mold. When I lived there, the office staff rotated constantly. You could talk to one person about an issue one week and follow up with a different person the next week. I lived there for three years, and the rent increased with each lease. My rent started in 2011 as 480, which I believe was a fair price for the unit. As I was leaving in 2014, rent had increased to 565, with no improvements to the units.
