The manager Tina is one for the books. I should have known when it was almost as painful as pulling teeth to even get her to come in during normal office hours on a Saturday to sign our lease. When we moved in she told us we would most likely get evicted for noise. I'm 27 and he is 20. I had a one year old. How much noise could be make with a baby there? My roommate turned in a 30 day notice as advised by Tina to be removed from the lease. She called me and said that she would not remove him, that she would in fact leave him on there so I could continue to rent after the lease was over. Every time, I have tried to speak with her she has been rude and degrading. I had the unfortunate privilege to live below her. She believes that she doesn't need to abide by any of the noise rules. I went up to complain that it sounded like a herd of elephants in her apartment to which she stated that "it's okay my grand children are here" , then proceeded to slam the door in my face. If you are looking for overpriced, extremely poorly managed apartments, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would look some where else.
