I've lived here for about four months now. Management has changed hands several times and that makes me question if there might be an issue in the office that residence are unaware of. It makes it difficult to develop a professional relationship with anyone in the office because their time is so short-lived. The current manager doesn't goes out of her way to be involved in the community. I think Karley Hubbard did a great job of being inclusive and communicative when I moved in, and I miss her as the office manager. She was friendly and engaging. She answered questions and was incredibly informative about our rental community and the surrounding area. I think Greystar lost out on an incredible opportunity by losing her as an asset to the company.
