I wouldn't recommend anyone to live at alpine chalet! The first two semesters were great but with a change in ownership and management the place went from being my home to a place I didn't feel comfortable staying. They are disorganized with their work and they will lie and cheat you of money to cover their own mistakes. I repeatedly asked the proper manager several times if I had a contract for spring and was told no then 2 weeks before the cancelation date for spring semester was coming was notified I had a contract and was forced to pay 75$ to cancel it last minute. I was four times I didn't have a contract. I also was given the wrong parking pass for the complex and instead was given an overflow pass, after being their straight 5 semester in a row. I was unaware of this fact until I was given a boot. When approached about the issue the complex took no share of the blame despite having signed a parking contract before multiple individuals who received housing passes instead of overflow. They are extremely hard to work with and can be quite frankly rude if you accuse them of taking advantage of you.
