Cambridge Court Apartments

We lived on the 3rd floor in a two bedroom apartment. Storage is very limited, closets are very small and if you buy a W/D only very small units will fit into the closet with the doors on. We had to remove the doors. You can hear your neighbors clearly, especially in the bathroom. Parking was always a challenge, especially for visitors because residents would often store trailers, or non-functioning vehicles in the few visitor parking spots. Not very visitor-friendly, there were only 6 spaces intended for visitors in the very back of a poorly lit parking lot. AND, if a visitor parks elsewhere they WILL be booted and have to pay $75 to have it removed. Drafty and cold in the winter even with the heat turned way up (keep in mind that you pay utilities at this apartment complex which for us ranged from $40-$75, more if you use an air conditioning window unit or have a telephone hooked up). It is close to a great park. The managers always were available in the office or would return calls quickly if we did have to leave a message. We were promised that our carpets would be shampooed before we moved in however, they were not. Nor had our apartment been painted since the apartments had been build as was revealed by the maintenance man, yes there is only one, repairs always took awhile. When we moved in there were burnt out light bulbs throughout, which we were also promised would be replaced and were not. Oh, and we also found dirty underwear in one of the closets when we moved in. And the oven had not been cleaned.
