Nice apartments! Laundry room is always busy, but its not the landlords fault that people don't remove their laundry on time. Parking can be frustrating. Maintenance guys are really nice but they are in no hurry. Problems take months to resolve if you're lucky. I hear from others that this is just the laid back Idaho mentality. it is very frustrating as we are from a fast paced city.
