I don't understand why so many of the users on here are so negative about this place. It is one of the cheapest complexes for a one bedroom. Each unit has a patio or deck and a storage room. There is free laundry right on site. I have a baby and do at least 3 loads of laundry a week and rarely have a problem finding an open washer or dryer. They recently bought all new washers and dryers that are basic but get the job done. There is a basic internet package that is free as well. It used to be terrible, but in the last year it has improved a lot. The Manager is a really sweet lady and I've never had problems with maintenance not getting the job done. If it is a job that needs immediate attention, like when my heater broke in January, he came within a half hour and fixed it. The apartments are clean and nice. They're not fancy, but not ------ either. There is a lot more storage and counter space than other apartments in this city. They have central air which is rare for a complex this cheap. After your first lease is up you can do month to month which is awesome if you decide to move at the last minute. We are very sad to be leaving this complex and haven't been able to find anything like it in the town we are moving to.
