Since I have lived at Northpoint it has been a nightmare. They embellish the apartment with restaurants, incentives for signing contracts, prizes and things like that to draw you in, but trust me, as well as everyone else so far that has reviewed, when we say that it just isn't worth living here. It definitely appears like the nicest place in Rexburg to live, but it's really not. My problem since I've been here is the environment. I moved here for convenience purposes and believing that they would have to hold up the normal BYU-Idaho standards of living, but they really don't. It seems like the honor code gets thrown out the window as soon as you sign a contract with this place. The only way I would ever come back is if I knew and trusted all my roommates before I moved in. Its just my opinion, but the attitude I see here is, "Well I paid all this money to live here so I can do whatever I want." Some of you may laugh at that, but I came to BYU-Idaho because I wanted to be in a place where I knew they would uphold an honor code to fit my morals and standards and values, but since I've been in this apartment, they don't uphold BYU-Idaho's honor code.
