This place is the 2nd most poorly managed and maintained apartment complex I have ever lived in (and I've lived in a few over the past 27 years). I don't know what the on-site manager, Michelle, does all day, but I DO know she does not do her job. Many of the residents are addicts and there are WAY too many disrespectful, unsupervised children who run around screaming and destroying the property at all hours. There's litter everywhere, the pool's been filled with gravel, there's a cockroach problem that management refuses to address, and maintenance requires several requests to get anyone to follow through. There's mold along the walls, and the roof in the bathroom leaks. Place is pretty much a dump.
