This is my opinion and experience of Waterford. -Strict towing policy -Tennis courts and pools often out of service -Toilet and dryer needed repairs -Strong smoke smell in building -Kitchen sink doesn't work now -I'm always nervous to walk into the Leasing Office because I never know if I'm going to be treated nicely or ignored -late fee that was told would be removed has remained on our bill for 7 months Overall we decided to move because the rent is too high for the amount of living space and because the amenities don't work. There are some staff members who are nice but for the most part I am never comfortable going in the leasing office because I feel like the employees hate me. I got really mad one time when my car was towed for not having the date filled out on the parking slip and ever since then I can absolutely say most of the employees at the leasing office treat me like I'm a terrible person. I originally left a scathing review but changed it to a five star one because I was told if I left a great review, it would make up for my unapologetic behavior. We were also considering moving to another unit on the first floor but we changed our minds after reviewing our experience here. It's not a terrible place- it is scenic and looks nice on the outside, but our experience was less than wonderful and I am looking forward to relocating and not having to deal with this place. If any of the employees are reading this, please know I'm not trying to take a personal jab, but I really don't feel the need to lie anymore about how I feel and I'm trying to actually express how it was living here, no holding back.

Thank you for taking the time to review our community on Apartmentratings.com. We hate to lose the faith of good Residents; however, I would love to address some of your concerns. We just recently gained approval from the City to resurface the tennis courts and surrounding areas. You may have noticed we already repaired all the sidewalk and street cracks from the winter. As for Community improvements, we are making them each year and are excited about future upgrades here at Waterford Place. Last year we opened a brand new Dog Park for our Residents. In 2014, we have purchased new treadmills, as well as new TVâ??s, Yoga mats and medicine balls. We look forward to continue upgrading the lifestyle here at Waterford Place and are excited to continue those efforts into 2015. I would be happy to personally listen to any other specific concerns you have with our staff. We certainly provide an open door policy during our office hours and invite to come stop by. You may also call me at your earliest convenience to discuss any other outstanding issues. Again, I thank you for your opinion and will retain this review as a learning tool for better customer service at Waterford Place Apartments. Resident satisfaction is our main goal every day and we strive to achieve that with constant communication to ensure that each and every concern is addressed.
