when i first moved in it was a nice place. not the best but from what it had been years b4 it was cleaner. the office manager was nice... strict with rules but nice..when the new association started their positions they got rid of the office manger and everything went downhill... parking was always horrible... if u got home late a night as i did u would have to park half way down the complex. visitors parking was a joke. if a tenant parked there for lack of parking they would get towed. on several occasions we had drug addicts in our back hall shooting up. they would hidetheir filthy syringes in the washer tube where water comes out and their drug packets under trash can. when they were caught one day they got angry and when we were not home someone tried to kick down our back door. the police had to come out and make sure no more drugs in back hall and knocked on our door asking if we knew about the drugs they would find. the gang activity is back and alot more tagging of the buildings. we heard gunshots outside our bedroom window. oh and if u live on and end floor unit ur electric bill will be sky high... everything is electric... to cook, cool, heat apartment as well as heat ur own water... also on several occassions they couldnt pay the garbage and garbage would overflow from dumpsters onto the street. since we had an apartment with a kithen window in that dirrection we would get all the nasty smells from garbage into out home... i give 0 star ratings in all areas.
