Office Staff
My fiancé and I just moved out of Hunters Glen and I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody. The office staff is terrible, they rarely know whats going on and there is new staff in there every other month it seems. Parking in this complex is almost non existent if you work late or if you get back after rush hour you aren't going to find a spot in front of your building. Maintenance does not live on the property and emergency service requests take longer than they should or they ask you if its really an emergency. In the winter time the sidewalks were never plowed my finace fell multiple times, the best that management did was put up a sign saying careful while walking. Don't bother trying to have company over unless you live by one of the designated visitor lots, because your guests will have to travel across a dimly lit unsafe feeling complex as they are leaving if it is night time. When you go to move out of the complex they will do there walk through and tell you everything is fine and then hit you with hundreds of dollars worth of charges. My finace and I just moved out and we were expecting our security deposit back, instead we get a bill in the mail stating we owe more money because they had to replace the carpeting due to cat urine. Thats all well and good except we never owned a cat or any other animal in our time at that apartment, we never even had one come visit us. If you want headaches and bad experiences then you should rent this apartment, otherwise I would avoid this place and look at other apartments.
