This community is in a great neighborhood and has high rent comparable to other complexes but is run like it is in a neighborhood where people aren't paying rent. The staff is rude and unprofessional and the turnover rate is extremely high. The don't upgrade or replace the carpet when tenants move out, only shampoo it. When you pay a premium for rent, you should have new carpet every time a tenant leaves. The maintenance guys are nice but there are a lot of problems with the units because they refuse to upgrade things that should be replaced considering the complex is over 25 years old. Feeds into great schools but you're better off at one of the other complexes in the area where they take better care of the property and the staff is more professional and genuinely cares about the residents.

Our goal is to provide all of our residents with best in class customer service and an exceptional experience, and we are very sorry we have not been able to ensure your satisfaction. Carpet is replaced at move in if the carpet is 5 years or older - otherwise, the carpet is professionally cleaned with anti-microbacterial cleaning solution. We also have several different floorplan styles and options to suit our residents needs and budgets, ranging from fully classic to fully upgraded. Appliances in our apartment homes are upgraded on an as-needed basis. Any resident who experiences concerns is encouraged to speak with us at the office, as we are more than happy to assist with addressing and resolving any requests brought to our attention.
