Very disheartened by the negligence of the staff at TGM Springbrook during the moving in/out process. When I moved into TGM, I asked if I was permitted to paint the unit. I was told that painting the unit was fine and that once I moved out, the apartment would be repainted for the next tenant. When I moved out I also asked to do a final walk through with the staff to make sure everything was copacetic. The staff member said a final walk through wasn't necessary and that the maintenance staff would evaluate everything. Approximately 3 months after moving out I received a $200 bill from TGM stating I did not repaint the unit which I occupied. This was alarming to me as I was told I did not have to repaint the unit and furthermore I moved out two days early so if I was given the walk through which I requested, I could have repainted the unit and avoided a $200 fee. I addressed this matter with the management at TGM Springbrook and they said their staff was in the wrong and they would address the issue and contact me the next business day. I waited 3 days and was never contacted so I had to make another trip to their site just for them to tell me the charge stands and there
