Management has been very helpful so far. It is greatly appreciated. There is one major thing I am still waiting on to be handled with care however. Location is great and the value is decent. It is overall quiet and neighbors appear friendly.

Lake Christine has become a discussing place to live. Rent is way over priced, maintence is horrific, management doesn't care. If your looking to over pay to be in the slums of Belleville then you've found your place

Office staff is very nice. Good location that is close to pretty much everything in the metro area. I have loved in my apartment for several years. The community could be nicer if the vetting of renters were better.
