One of the most unprofessional and uncoordinated property management companies I have ever dealt with. Noone in the office communicates with one another, and they do not return calls. They charged my credit card weeks later without my permission and the MANAGER AMY REFUSES TO SIMPLY GIVE ME A PHONE CALL. I have went into the office personally, I have made MANY phone calls and spoken with several people in the office, and corresponded through email, and they at this point refuse to call me back. All I wanted to do was be respected as a future tenant, but instead we had to pull out because of their lack of communication and failure to operate like a business that actually gives a d*mn about PEOPLE. I feel they stole money from me, and do not practice fair and consistent standards at this apartment complex. I am very disappointed and am currently attempting to contact the District Manager since Property Manager will not call me. All they had to do was respect my roommate and I (who, ironically, was NOT charged ANYTHING but yet they charged ONLY ME weeks later bc I sent an email reminding them that I do not authorize them to charge me ANYTHING FURTHER, but somehow they took that as me saying, "Please rob me"). Even with all the confusion caused by their lack of professionalism, we still would have moved in, but they literally at this point have proven that they do not care about individuals, only numbers. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE THIEVES or I will keep writing reviews and spreading the word that THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSPLACE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION! I WAS ALSO TOLD THE DAY I LEFT THE OFFICE THAT THE CARD INFO WOULD BE SHREDDED FOR MY PROTECTION. APPARENTLY ANOTHER LIE CONSIDERING YOU CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WEEKS LATER.
