simply put, you can hear every breath your neighbors take. You can clearly hear anything going on in the surrounding units. Central IP is a good company and I have nothing bad to say about them but these buildings are horribly constructed. If you like to listen to people having sex you will love it here. I thought that was quite funny at first but it gets old pretty quick when you need sleep. And in turn your neighbors will know what your orgasms sound like too. I can hear when my neighbor (on the adjoining bathroom side) poops. I literally hear farts and splashes. I don't want to hear this, I'm not trying to hear this, it is really just that bad. I had a neighbor on the adjoining bedroom side that snores pretty bad. all night, and i hear it like I'm in the same room. people will hear your pillow talk so be mindful. You can hear the doors open and close three units away. If you have ever seen the movie Office Space, there are a couple scenes (making fun of shabby apartment walls) where Micheal has conversations with his neighbor through the adjoining wall, that is exactly what these buildings are like. I am not exaggerating. When I moved in, there were plenty of vacancies and parking was good. when it filled up there was nowhere to park. roughly one parking space per unit. So if sombody has company or more than one car you can see how the parking gets scarce. Like the previous rating, the snow removal is not adequate but most apartment complexes have that problem. Noise and parking are the only complaints I have about this place that you don't get a full realization of until after you have signed a lease.
