I lived in two difference Davis Apartments complexes. The first was in Blue Island (1 Bdrm). Initially, I had no complaints... however, after about a year or so, the water pressure changed and I noticed that as other tenants moved in, there was an increasant pest problem (rodents). Although I was in the middle of a lease term, when I explained my fear and need to move, Mrs. Davis was very accommodating. She allowed me to move to another of their facilities, and I lived in the new facility on 111th Street (2 Bdrm) for approximately three years -- moved in April 2009, but not because of any problem with the apartment or the management of the apartment. I can honestly say that my experience on 111th Street was a very positive one. No pest problems whatsoever. If needed, any and all repairs were done in a very timely manner. My only surprise was that if an appliance stopped working, I was expected to replace it -- but when and if I moved, the appliance was mine to take with me.
