These are some of the worse apartments in the south suburbs. The owners charge entirely too much for a filthy, outdated and unkept apartment. Maintenance rigs up repairs, you do not control your own heat. Everything is outdated. The water comes out brown regularly, the toilet barely flushes. These are not every now and then issues, these are DAILY ISSUES! Broken stairs, mailboxes do not lock. I've seen project hood apartments that look better than these. RUN & HIDE!
