The place is nice (hence the one star). Now the cons ======== 1) Expensive 2) Premium charged in my rent for good view but the view is blocked by a big tree. No sun but more rent 3) We stayed for 8+ years. On each lease renewal, the lease is adjusted to end on sunday after 1 year. In 8 years, it moved by 7 weeks 4) We had to move out of state, 40 days before our lease ended. Despite staying for 8+ years, there was no consideration for not charging rent for the 40 days. In effect, we paid 40 days of rent without staying (despite giving 75 days notice) 5) We kept that apartment in clean condition. Still, we were charged $225 for kitchen counter-top for normal wear and tear color fading. Again, the logical explanation that it is natural in 8 years fell in deaf ears
