Not a good place to live. Police here daily and they have rules they don't follow. For instance you cant not have any friends move in with you that are not registered but yet I know of 3 apartments that have multiple people living in them and they have 4-5 cars for 1 apartment which means no parking for everyone else because they wont kick the people that are not registered here out. And they love raising rent 50 dollars a year. They need to go thru this whole complex and kick the people that are not suppose to be here out!
