Resident 2007 - 2010

1/22/2012

I lived there for 3 years because it paid all utilities. The GOOD stuff- it's right in the middle of everything, within walking distance of some restaurants, bars, a Walgreens, gas station, Save-a-Lot, and it's on the Saluki Bus Route. You get all utilities (at least when I lived there). The BAD stuff- the place went through about four managers in the time I lived there, none of which really knew what they were doing, apparently. It took them two years to replace my fridge, the security code doors were always unlocked so anyone could walk in, they did not enforce the "no loud noises after 10pm" rule, the laundry machines were always breaking down AND people from neighboring complexes were always occupying OUR machines, the parking lot was always noisy, they had a bad roach problem despite spraying, so you might want to place roach bait traps around your own apartment yourself. Maintenance was not always quick to respond, and one time I heard a knock on the door while I was in the shower (so I could not and did not answer), then I heard someone unlock the door and come on. I heard them walk right by the bathroom door and I think once s/he realized I was in the shower, they left.
