I am so sorry you have not had a great experience. As a manager I care about each and every one of our residents, and their well-being. If you have called the office about a noise complaint we have a protocol we have to follow. If you would like to stop in I am more than happy to go over that with you. If you would like immediate ratification please call the Carbondale Police, they regulate our city's noise levels. Thank you for addressing your concern with our gate. Very Nice apartments, just need some minor fixes. but overall very good customer service. and maintenance always comes on time when something is wrong. everything is very convenient, like printing lab, they make everything easy and comfortable for living.
