Gouge you for money, breach contract every chance they can, and staff is never on the same page and is always telling you different answers. The apartments are cheaply made and have horrible air circulation in the upstairs.

Hello Tayler, I am sorry that you've had a bad experience here with us. The only thing that varies in your payment each month is your electric overage amount, and we would be happy to provide you with a copy of your bill in the office. We aren't sure how we've breached your contract, but we would like to discuss this serious matter with you and get it taken care of. As for our staff, we are going through a lot of changes right now and we have hired a few new employees. There are 8 marketing assistants in the office with around 600 residents to keep track of, so everything is hard to keep straight sometimes. Always call and ask for our community manager Toni, our Leasing Manager Patricia, or our Accounts Manager Morgan and we will always make sure to give you solid answers to your questions.
