This place has pros and cons:<br>There's a pool, but it's right next to the landlord's house, so you feel as if your trespassing whenever you use it. Also, the apartments are new but somewhat cheaply put together. The water pressure is horrible (so flushing toilets and taking showers is a nightmare), but on the plus side, there's a lot of perks (dishwasher, washer/dryer, tons of closet space, big bedrooms and kitchen). Anytime I needed anything repaired, the landlord acted immediately and got it done. Parking is somewhat annoying, but if you complain, the landlord will get the person parked in your spot towed pretty quickly. All in all, it's an OK place to live, since it is still relatively new. Once this place gets a bit older, it might be another story. Also, don't piss off the landlord. She's not the kind of person you want to have on your bad side.
