I am a current tenant and I have been very disappointed; I feel as though they are dishonest here. I was shown an apartment with newer appliances and then was rented an apartment with appliances that are close to 30 years old. I was never told there would be different appliances in my apartment. Now, they are going through and updating only a select few apartments, so be warned! Also, there was mold in my apartment when I first moved in and maintenance painted over the mold to "fix" it.
