Ok some of these reviews are just hateful. To put it plain & simple. They have a boss too. They have to answer for every little detail. We aren't the only property they manage and maintain. You yourself aren't "the only one" it's selfish to think that anyone in this office would single 1 individual out. They for one are PROFESSIONAL for 2 they wouldn't have the time to. Rules change the overweight critters are more than likely GRANDFATHERED in....meaning they were here before rules changed. Which there is a clause in everyone's lease that states RULES can be modified at any given time. These people have a very STRESSFUL, EMOTIONAL & DEMANDING JOB!! They take these things home with them the did I forget, did I remember or the sob story they heard. Believe me they've heard it all. All the problems, complaints and why no rent $ sob stories. Yes they get stern when needed they also have bad days just as we do. (They're HUMAN beings you know?.... Maintenance is scheduled on a scale of HAVE TO right now to it can wait. It don't hurt to TIGHTEN a bolt or screw change your own filter light bulbs. We rent either due to credit or we dont want the burden of buying. Theres always an alternative MOVE or BUY. Your choice they don't choose what rules they enforce they have a boss too. That's how they live and pay their way. So before running people down and running your mouth ask yourself....... can I fix this problem(within reason i.e. lightbulb, tightening up a screw or bolt, a ripped screen w/o bugging the very busy overwhelmed staff. If it's something significant and needs immediate attention then by all means CALL or go by office. It takes time to schedule maintenance and sometimes he has to order parts. Quit being so distasteful with the harsh words. Most of the time it's a TENANT issue expecting staff to have Esp. they've wronged the rules or rent and now have a vengeance for staff. Is it the Taj Mahal no it's cheap it works its home. Staff has 50+ complaints to address daily they also have schedules to keep God know's how many tenants and the property maintenance and they deal with. Have RESPECT be CONSIDERATE to these overwhelmed people. They are constantly doing for US!!! Yes it's their job it doesn't say anywhere they have to be so caring, helpful and understanding as they are. They will help you if you help yourself Tina and Becca both are very knowledgeable about what kind of help is out there if and when needed. Communication is a great thing......just ask be honest they will dig for a solution. Gary the maintenance man is wonderful always professional and let's you know what's going on. He is always apologizing for the time hes taking or it takes for a part. He does not have to be so thorough and thoughtful. Be thankful we have him he knows what he's doing and does it right the 1st time. Just remember your looking to rent not be raised. If you do your job by being respectful and responsible at paying your bill's and following rules it's a GREAT HOME!!! With a BONUS of TRUSTING and CARING STAFF. Sara Beth 1830
