Overall, a Nice Place to Live
Overall, I enjoy living here. It's in a great location, clean and has some nice features (gym, pool, sun deck). A few things that caught me by surprise - when you set up Directv, it is linked through MDU Communications, which costs $30 every three months on top of your regular cable bill. We had a few other little "hidden" fees as well in hooking up our utilities, so be sure to ask about these up front. The leasing staff is helpful and friendly. As for noise, I have heard complaints from residents on other floors, but ours is generally quiet. I can't complain. The elevators can be slightly annoying - there are often people working in the building who take it a floor or two, which slows things down, but other than that it is pretty much what I would expect from a high rise that has three elevators for 46 floors.Share This Review
