It is ok. There is a lot of turnover with the staff. Old building is apparent when things break down, like the AC. The worst part is that the staff doesn't really follow up on things, even things such as renewals of leases.

It's been quiet with nice neighbors. The main issue is the clear lack of care or process from the maintenance team, if there even is one. It seems that our requests are an afterthought. Please Improve this process

Reside has many buildings and people generally think of one building has a good rating all of them are good. Not so! 24 S. Morgan seem to be a step child building no one cares for. It has been frustrating.

Just moved in but we love the layout and big windows. The RentCafe app seems to be very useful and makes a lot of things easier like a main ten way request, signing documents, and signing up to use the gym.

Great community, sucks COVID closed the amenities because I loved using the gym. Concierge is very responsive and helpful. Staff is pleasant. Problems are fixed promptly. Neighbors are pleasant. Garage is convenient.

Constant problems with plumbing. Terrible repairs. Unresponsive and management that imposes efforts of discrimination. The windows were never washed correctly. The 2 pipe heating system is flawed and outdated. This property is not fit for a 2300 point.

The building is kept in great condition. The staff from the office, cleaning and maintenance crew are very friendly and responsive. The building is in a great neighborhood and convenient to downtown and other neighborhoods.

This is a great place to live and enjoy Chicago. We find it very comphortable and well-managed. It has a beautiful terrace at the common area to spend evening near the fireplace. It's very clean, quite and safe.

Previous management was much more welcoming, and supportive. Reside is not a welcoming managment team to work with, at least at this location. Our unit is fine, slightly overpriced (when writing this).

Great location. Clean building. Very good ammenities. Maitenece staff is quick and responsive. Outdoor areas are kept very nice. The building itself needs some work. The plumbing is not updated and the heating/cooling has had several issues.

Reasonable rent for West loop, great floor plans and open concept, building and spaces are clean, maintenance staff is very good and responds promptly. I would recommend this apartment to others. Thanks.

This apartment community has great amenities, lots of community and outdoor space, and is close to some of the best restaurant areas in Chicago. Additionally, it is right next to two major highways for easier commutes.
