It may be my fault, I moved to this apartment from out of state, and didn't get the opportunity to look at it before i moved in... but the pictures they sent me were not the apartment, and made it look beautiful. They claimed updated kitchen and bath... lies. They clearly haven't been updated in at least 30 years. I moved in, and it was filthy. I spent days cleaning it before it was even livable.
The engineer is terribly miserable. Everytime I have a request (which is often since my apartment is constantly falling apart) he grunts and seems like he can't be bothered. He does come fairly prompt, but never fixes things properly... i still have no water pressure in my kitchen, after 4 months.
The management company is terribly rude. At one point they called me while i was out, and I was confused with what they were talking about, so they called my roomate, and when he was also confused they yelled at us saying they aren't babysitting. Customer service is apparently over-rated to them
I am a leasing agent, and i see apartments constantly in the city.. .and i will tell you in complete honesty that if you are looking for an apartment in the area, don't go through planned property. Their apartments are always the least updated, and worst taken care of. Look elsewhere!
