Yes, this is an updated building, but it's dirty. You can find better places to live in the area for less. Don't be fooled by the new floors and crown molding. There are roaches and this isn't a recent problem, it's an ongoing problem. Renter beware… See More

The units are small and expensive but the location can't be beat. The management is horrible -- they don't repair things on time and have horrible customer service when you decide to actually report a problem. See More
