Fully Equipped is an overstatement
When I called to see if they were fully equipped I asked if it had dishes, pans and pots. The person on the phone almost anoyed by my questions said to me "You only need to bring your clothe and groceries". Now I am tryingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Nice place, Nice Price
I have stayed there on two separate ocassions and each visit seems to get better and better. The new owner is really making progress in the building. Long term or short term this Dewitt Place is located in the best possible spot toā¦Ā See More >TWENTYFOURSEVENTRAVELER

TOP-NOTCH LOCATION AND EXCELLENT STAFF AND SERVICES
This quaint 1930's building is under complete renovation. The lobby and everything is almost complete and has granite, marbel and beautiful wood trim. The units that I have personally rented are super clean, painted, and modernized. they all have the ammenities of aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

You CANNOT beat the price for the locaiton.
This building was great to live in, and the location cannot be beat. I truly loved living in the heart of downtown Chicago. The north side neighborhoods pale in comparison to what the area offers. For the same price you usually getā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Location and reasonably priced
I just finished a rotation at Northwestern and stayed at DeWitt Place for two months. At $1450 for a fully-furnished apartment, I thought it was a good deal. The location is great and the apartment was clean, had decent furniture, basically everything I needed forā¦Ā See More >wicked05

Great find
Perfect for one person. I love the neighborhood and all the things it's close to. The Red Line train is about a 5 walk from the building. The building is really quiet, but the people you pass in the lobby are friendly.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

cheap but old
One of the least expensive buildings in this area, but I wouldn't recommend anything more than a 3-month stay. The carpets, furniture, appliances, etc. are all very old and while in working order, rather dirty. The heat is always on full blast in the winter;ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Misleading advertising
They are currently advertising on craigslist.com fully furnished studios for $995, when in fact they are being very misleading. We went to go look at these studios (which are quite small), and were originally shown something which was unfurnished, super tiny, and in poorā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not bad...
Studio layout is good especially the corner room...

The downside is that for every summer season you have to pay $120 to install air conditioner. @ winter the room is cold... you have got to get another heater maybe several...darn cold...have to wear socks...and you willā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Very nice
I lived in one of the corner studios by the stairwell. Overall, I would recommend this building. ItĀ“s perfect for one person who wants to be downtown and right near a major bus stop and mich. ave. The nice thing about my apt was thatā¦Ā See More >900 De Witt Place
