Good Morning Javon, I wanted to thank you for your positive review and I am so glad you are happy to be here we are equally happy to have you as a resident. These types of messages really influence our days in a positive way so sincerely, thank you! In regards to the Men's steam room. We have made (2) repairs in the last couple of weeks that was should have stopped the issue we are having in the Men's steam room. We have two companies taking a look at things and just waiting on the other engineer to confirm their findings because it has been a process of elimination and we want longevity in the repair. Also, we understand how your feedback helps prospective residents understand what living at Optima Chicago Center might be like for them, so we want to thank you for providing your insight. I understand your concerns about the elevators and the lack of range hoods in the kitchen. I know how important the ventilation can be for someone that enjoys spending time in the kitchen, and I apologize we don't have those in our apartment homes. And I apologize for the delay at time with the elevators. When residents are moving in or out of the building, they do that in one of the guest elevators, which leaves us with 3 elevators in full service. We try to minimize the impact to our residents by not reserving the elevator before 9am or after 6pm so that all 4 elevators are available during the busier times of the day.
