I have been living at Skyline for 6 months and it has been great. The building is gorgeous and in great shape although it seems they never got around to finishing the basement. Internet, phone, cable and AC and heat all included, I only have to pay rent and a small electrical bill each month. The parking rates are the cheapest you will find in the area. My sales agent was great. Haven't had any issues with the staff, they did give me the wrong mailbox keys when I moved in but all it took was a short visit to the office. When I moved in, I filled out one of those apartment condition forms and noted a few things which they took care of the following week. Some of the doormen do spend a lot of time on the cellphone, but they are very nice and helpful. The el is loud if you have your window open but I was surprised at how quickly I got used to it. I don't even hear it anymore. My main problem with the building though, we've had some warm days this fall and they turned off the AC in october so my apartment tends to get hot. I had some trouble sleeping the first few nights but as soon as it cooled off I've had no problem. Overall, I look forward to coming home, specially since I am just a 10 minute walk away, and that sure beats getting on a full train for an hour.
