Cityfront Place Apartments

I've lived at Cityfront Place just over 4 years now. When I first moved downtown I searched the city for the right combination of location, views and price. Cityfront is one block from the lake, right on the Chicago river with excellent lake and city views. There s convenient access to the lakefront path and the many related outdoor activities. It's a short walk to Millenium Park and the free performances and festivals during the summer, and easy access to buses and the L, and the Loop. Also nearby are plenty of restaurants, the shops on the Mag Mile, hotels, theaters and other entertainment, including Navy Pier, perfect for hosting out of town guests. Unlike some areas of downtown, the action is close but not too close, so it feels a little quieter. The Centennial fountain is steps outside the front entrance providing a cool and calming effect on a hot summer day. For real estate it's usually location first, however, the Cityfront staff is the most important factor of all. They really make you feel welcome: from the front desk folks with their warm greetings, the efficient maintenance crew, to the friendly faces in the rental office and fitness center, everyone is great! (Since it's hard to quickly judge the apartment's staff when looking at rentals, here's my insider tip - I'd give the Cityfront team more than 5 stars if I could.) The bonuses - a large sunny outdoor deck space with stainless gas grills and patio furniture, which they maintain, the indoor pool, and parties and events that are hosted by the management. A nice place to call home!
