Thank you for your post. The building does conduct an annual resident satisfaction survey each October, and we are proud to say that for the past three years, Eugenie Terrace has been awarded the "A List" award for customer service! While this survey is a wonderful tool, it is only offered once a year, and for that reason, we look to social media to find out how we are doing.
Regarding the posts, it is true that if a resident comes to us with praise for the building, we ask that they share their experience on the varying social media forums. With the highly digital and social world we live it, it is imperative for any business to have a strong presence on these sites.
