This building management system is ridiculous. The moment it gets cold outside, people are smoking in the stairwells on a nightly basis, when I called to ask them to do something about it, they told me "there is nothing they can do and that people are going to do it regardless". I don't smoke but now my cloths and apartment wreak of cigarettes. Their solution is to ignore it, and hope the calls stop instead of trying to make their tenants happy. We have been here for 6 months and are already looking forward to moving out and new apartment options.
