Do not move here. Problems with the building, with the shower, with the management. I have a presure with the warm water in the shower and kitchen and they said they cannot fix it. Sooo... The rent is 750 for a small one bedroom, which is like a studio (around 400sqf???). A lot of noise from some tenants which listen music at 90 db. They do not have a janitor on the regular basis.
