The place is very inviting and welcoming. I really enjoy living here and meeting all the staff and residents. I have made several friends through the social gatherings held here. It is also a great place for pets.

Nice quiet community, good neighbors, good location to Medical District, convenient to Taylor Street, seems safe, good access to bus and train. Nothing else I can think of to fill the required 200 characters

So far I've never had such wonderful neighbors, the management/maintenance teams have been way above par and the amenities are great! Since you want me to type more than I originally typed here goes; the rent is more than a bit pricy since you asked.

A good quality of living, new building, safe, quiet. The location is convenient. Very warm during freezing temperatures. Home appliances are new and well preserved. The housing office team are professional.

Very nice and supportive staff and community, while offering apartments that are close and convenient to work and important places (grocery stores, public transportation, restaurants, etc). Any issue that I had was promptly taken care of.

Knowledgeable and friendly management, engineering, and maintenance staff who keep both buildings running smoothly and efficiently. Having green space with attractive trees, shrubbery, and plants, and outdoor seating is a real plus.

The floors in my apartment are warped its flooded 3 times since living here. I could rate my experience 5/10 hopefully it gets better. The outside grounds are nice however I've seen a family of rats scurrying from the grounds.

Overall, I mean better than all other apartments I have lived in. But the gas charge was not accurate, especially in the 2022. I reported this issue three times to the maintenance team, and also the manager, but still didn't get it feedback yet.

Amenities and facilities are nice, but I feel that the prices are too costly. We are renewing our contracts but no bonus or incentives are given. Atrio is currently offering 2 months free for contracts
