Location Isn't Worth the Trouble
The management is still terrible whoever tried to defend them is crazy. They are ready and willing to fine you for everything and the manager, Lynn, is the least personable woman I have ever met. I just stopped asking about repairs or otherā¦Ā See More >anonymous

NO!!!!!
Please don't. If you're going to spend this much money, find a nicer neighborhood with management that will actually try to make your stay a nice one. Just because it is expensive does not mean you will feel welcome or safe.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not as Bad as the Others Say
I purchased a condo here mid-2006, and have been very happy thus far. Sure, there are adjustments to be made - like getting used to the laundry room, or waiting on an occasional repair to be done - but I have yet to findā¦Ā See More >anonymous

My experience has been positive!
I moved in after it converted, so I have no opinion one way or another about how things were before I got here. As an owner, I have attended all the condo board meetings and understand the complicated decision-making process in dealing with a conversion.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Don't Waste Your Money
I lived in the building for three years and recently moved out. When it went from an apartment building to a condo, they slapped a coat of paint on it, and started charging hundreds of thousands of dollars. The management is HORRIBLE and the condoā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I'm pleased with my condo
I rented my condo a few months ago and the couple that own it told me how great the apartment and neighborhood is and I can't complain. I've had no reason to go to the management office which sounds like a good thing butā¦Ā See More >anonymous

great apartment, nightmarish management
Had a penthouse apartment with corner views of the city. Problem? Management group had no idea what they were doing. They kicked me out of the unit months before my lease was up because of plans to convert it to a condo. Interestinglyā¦Ā See More >bjelica

Just Don't Do It.
printer's square was managed, through mid-2005, by waterston management, who were great. unfortunately, they threw current lessees to the wolves when they chose to sell to wolin-levin.

really, i could list a litany of complaints (not least of which would be the two illegal entriesā¦Ā See More >anonymous

please stay away!
The management ruins this entire building. They are rude and obnoxious and only care about moving units as fast as possible. Don't waste your time in this building. Its a horrible place to live. We now have to pay $100 for lockouts and also haveā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Total regret!!! Thank goodness lease is almost up
I moved in on a 6 month lease - I've been sick ever since I moved in. My air-conditioning unit (individual furnace) has leaked 3 times in the first month I moved in. The smell was absolutely horrid. I suspected mold andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not perfect, but decent
On balance, I think PS is good value for the location and not as bad as reviewer #1 would suggest, IMO. There is street noise, but it's no better or worse than other high traffic or downtown Chicago locations. Windows ARE drafty, however, andā¦Ā See More >anonymous
