Overall, living her was enjoyable. The apartment was nicely renovated and the accent wall color makes the apartment feel more homey. We have a dog, so it is nice that they don't have a weight requirement for the pets here. The floors were very squeaky in spots and I always felt so bad for the people living below us, but they never complained. The heat was always blasting in the winter, so even when it was 5 degrees on outside, we would have the windows open with the AC unit on, but that wasn't a big deal. The maintenance staff was always super friendly and would fix things as soon as possible! Sometimes the elevator has issues and isn't working, which is sometimes annoying but walking up the stairs is good for us haha.
The only complaint I really have is how rude and unfriendly the leasing agent, -------, is. She was friendly the first time she showed us the apartment, but after we signed the lease, that was not the case whatsoever. Her emails were also cold and rude. If we saw her around the apartment building, we should say hi and she would look at us with disgust that we even thought of speaking to her. Every other staff member we ever worked with was AMAZING!! The concierge at the Belmont location is also super friendly. If you are thinking about renting here, I would highly recommend going through ---- or really anyone besides -------.
