I recently moved out of this building primarily because the property rules are not enforced. First, on a nice day, it is nearly impossible to find a chair by the pool because tenants invite 20 of their friends who don't live in the building. There is supposed to be a wristband policy but, unlike any other building in Chicago, it isn't enforced. This year the cops were called on July Fourth because of rowdiness. Second, there is a strict non-smoking policy but there is a lot of dope smoking. The building has a party atmosphere, which is okay if you're 22. But it isn't worth paying $2300 for a studio in light of craziness. A great building, but understand what it is you're signing up for (i.e. Animal House).
