We lived at the streeter for a year and I have to say the staff is the most helpful among all places I have lived so far. The building is really nice with good quality furnishings. The maintenance team if great also and very responsive. The management staff cares about your comfort and helps whenever needed. Dean Santacruz is one of the great Sales Manager and was super friendly and helping all along our process of finding the apartment to the time we moved out. We would've definitely stayed in this building longer only if we weren't moving out of state for work.Highly recommend Streeter for the quality of service, convenient location and great amenities.

    I am sad I had to relocate! This was by far my favorite building to live in Chicago and I've lived in the city for 9 years. It's the only building I lived in for 3 years straight and I would have stayed longer. JP, James and the rest of the staff are absolutely outstanding. Could not recommend a better staff. My needs were met to the fullest every time I requested. The door staff is also amazing. Amenities are fantastic, with a full gym, basketball court, hot tub, sauna, awesome pool, and bars and restaurants literally downstairs. Location is the best of any and you really feel like you get your money's worth. Many of the surrounding apartment buildings are overpriced or not as outstanding of an area. Go with the Streeter, you won't be disappointed.

      The Streeter has to be the best high rise in all of Chicago. Views are spectacular and unobstructed from lake to Willis tower. Very clean and quiet. Can never hear neighbors. The staff is amazing Dean and James are absolutely amazing and professional! They will help you with the moving process and answer any questions you may have. The amenities are also fantastic. If you live here you might never want to leave!

        The noise from the constant "renovation" was at times intolerable. We're semi-retired -- and if you're so, and you want relative peace and quiet, you won't find it here.

          I relocated to Chicago and moved into the Streeter early 2016. I looked at many many Apt buildings as I was looking for amenities and space (open layout). Our experience has been excellent, starting with the staff. Frankie has been an above and beyond resource during and after the transition and so has the rest of the staff at the Streeter - from the door staff to the maintenance folks. We left on vacation and forgot our work phone, well Frankie jumped in, went into our unit, found the phone and shipped our phone overnight...you won't find this type of service anywhere. Location - could not be better - Whole Foods, Target, Movies, Massage Envy, Chiropractor, Dentist, Hospitals...all steps away from this building - not to mention many many restaurants and bars.

            My husband and I have lived at The Street for 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff, from the doorman/woman to the office staff to the maintenance are always friendly, approachable, and will to assist with any issue that may arise. The community has nice amenities, sponsors frequent events for residents, and is always clean and tidy. The apartments are overall quiet, unless there are other residents being excessively loud in the hallway or construction in process in other apartments. Our apartment has a great view of the lake as well as the Hancock building and is located close to Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, and several different grocery stores. My only complaint lies in the neighborhood itself as it lacks restaurants and other activities for my taste. Overall, we have greatly enjoyed living at The Streeter and would definitely recommend it to others!

              Fantastic building in Chicago, 5 min walk to Michigan avenue and to Navy Pier! Lived in NYC before and the most amazing thing about this building is the community and the staff working here: they are all like friends and you will feel comfortable in this building within 5 min, it's great!!! Still living here and hope that will be for a very long time! Fantastic experience !! Gym and pool are state of the art!

                The Streeter is an amazing property, located near everything. The key for me was the staff. The sales staff, door personnel and package staff make every interaction a positive one. This is amazing when you consider the number of residents. My unit was ready as promised and paperwork was a breeze. Upon moving in I had a few questions, which were immediately answered by the on-site maintenance staff. Finally I spoke to many residents who had lived here for number of years. they all said the same thing they loved the building and regretted moving, usually because they ended up purchasing something. We all have choices and I feel that this one was a good one for me.

                  We have lived at other apartments but that is what they felt like, an apartment. The Streeter is amazing. The Streeter has been HOME and that is due to the management and the tone that is set by them!! The Management Team is awesome! When we first moved here we intended on staying a year or two the most, but now 7 years later we must move on to another chapter in our life and that next chapter involves leaving Chicago, otherwise we would not be leaving The Streeter. Life here has been the best. The location is amazing. The building is attractive and clean. Maintenance to housekeeping to door staff to mailroom/cleaners staff care about residents first and foremost. We love The Streeter!!!

                    we recently moved in to the streeter from another village green property and although fairly happy at our previous location the streeter has welcome us to our new home. Dean at the office has been fabulous with great attention to detail and excellent customer service, so far we haven't had any complains and the staff has been good to us. more than likely to renew when our least comes up in about 1 year

                        I lived at the Streeter for a year and would definitely be renewing my lease if I wasn't moving. The building is clean, modern, and has a great location and views. The gym is great and it's never too crowded, many times I had it to myself. The staff and doormen are great, always friendly and courteous. I'm gonna miss living here for sure.

                          From the location, to the views, to the management staff...it has been a pleasure to be a resident here. The gym has everything needed and there enough equipment so there is no wait time. The sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room just add to the relaxing and inviting environment. Dean, one of the managers, has been incredibly proactive and informative in terms of the moving process. He is also always friendly and takes the time to say hello and make sure everything is going smoothly. Donna is also another friendly and positive manager at the Streeter who takes the time as well to say hello and to ask if everything is going okay. The attention of the staff is just an added bonus to this luxurious apartment building. My view includes part of Lake Michigan, a peek of the River, the Sears tower, and the NBC tower. The floor to ceiling windows. allows so much sunlight that we do not need lights on during the day.

                            Originally we rented at The Streeter to have a convienient "in town" closer to my husband's work, the airport for my work and the hospital for my cancer treatments. It turned out to be such a wonderful experience we renewed the lease for an additional year. We spent so much time at the pool, health club, walking to nearby resturants, shopping and utilizing neighborhood spas that we we not using our beautiful suburban home. We ended up selling our home because the staff maintains the building at at a high level which allowed us to let go of control that home ownership gave us and just enjoy our lives. The management team and all of the staff take pride in the building. We renewed through 2016 and will most likely renew again. We love the carefree lifestyle and beautiful views. The location really works for our fast paced lives. Thanks to Management and Staff for making our lives easy. I highly recommend this building.

                              My wife and I have lived here since August and are already planning to re-up our lease for another year. We love the location, the staff, and the building's amenities are incredible. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to live in the city, but still have a "neighborhood feel". Also, they allow large dogs -- for those looking for a building that allows large dogs, this is a huge plus. With that being said, everything is always clean, the free coffee/tea is nice, and the workout classes (while I don't attend) are a nice perk.

                                I have been in the Streeter for over a month and I could not be happier that I moved here. The building is sleek and sexy, but still maintains a feeling of warmth. The leasing crew and maintenance staff have been fantastic to work with. They help make this the easiest move I have ever made. My apartment is everything I have dreamed about. I have a Million dollar view and with amenities to match. The Streeter has met and surpassed all of my expectations, and I do not see myself moving anytime soon.

                                  The Streeter is a decent rental building but does not stand out above any others. But many things about it I do not understand The lobby itself which should be a huge selling point is something out of 1950's. The décor is questionable with a funky magazine rack, oddly placed coffee station and tile floor that was popular in 1950's magazines and movies. The paint colors chosen for the lobby and 13th floor amenity floor are just something out of a doctor's office, not exactly a mint green but really stomach turning. Their package area is at a dry cleaners counter. It's pretty unattractive. Their gym is set up so if you are doing cardio you are watching the people in the sauna area. Oh....that's entertaining thank you. I was told they are redoing all the units and renovating the hallway floors one by one. But they haven't even been open for a decade so someone should have been more savvy when they did the initial design and décor.                                     I am proud to say that I have lived at The Streeter from 2007 till this day. I LOVE IT!!! The first time I walked into the lobby it felt like home. The location itself is great- lakefront, Michigan Avenue, public transportation and last but not least the incredible view. I get a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan from the floor to ceiling windows. The amenities the building offers is one of a kind. The party room, business center, library, gym, pool and basketball court are are extremely nice, always clean and constantly updated and renovated. The building also offers free coffee, tea and popcorn. The washer and dryers in the unit is very accommodating for the residents. The Streeter stands apart from other rentals in the downtown area for the events, parties and classes they offer. I have attended Super Bowl parties, pool events with a DJ, holiday events with prizes, yoga and boot camp classes all free of charge. This has been a great way for me to get to know my neighbors.                                       I lived at the Streeter for 4.5 years from early 2010 to mid 2014. I absolutely loved my time at the Streeter and I really felt that my apartment here became home (after I moved to Chicago from living in Atlanta for 17 years). The building's management is absolutely great; they are very accommodating, flexible, approachable, and friendly. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable in the building. The doormen of the building were very friendly and welcoming every time you came home. The 24 hour maintenance in the building is on point. Anytime I needed something to be done, they were available to do it. It was a very worry-free environment. In my 4.5 years of living in my unit, I never once had a problem with any of the appliances. They keep these very up to date as people move in and out. The amenities floor was AMAZING.                                         I lived at The Streeter for a year and a half and have nothing but absolutely great things to say. I love and greatly miss the building, apartment, staff (especially the awesome door staff!), amenities, and location. The only reason I moved out is because I had to move overseas. When I first looked for apartments in Chicago, I happened to walk by The Streeter on my way to another building. It was the first building I saw. I signed up to â??test driveâ?? (spend a free night in furnished model) and signed the lease without even viewing another building. Thatâ??s how great of an impression this place made on me. And man, did it deliver!                                           I have been living in the Streeter fro the past 5 years. Every time that my lease comes up I renew because I cannot find a better building for the price. With rental prices increasing around the city and the renter getting less and less for their money- the streeter has proven the exception. Not only are the facilities always being renovated and updated but the property manager is truly one of a kind. The building is flexible over many of the mishaps that life can throw a renter's way and I consider the building to be in some ways like a family. I know the doorman, property mgmt team and engineers on a first name basis. It has been wonderful living here and if anything breaks they will fix it ASAP. The only downside is that the pooldeck closes at 9pm, but this is more or less standard in the city. I highly recommend and I am very cynical and hardly give recommendations/praise to anything.

                                            Through the years of being at the Streeter, I have noticed it getting better and better. It was already an exceptional building, but you can tell they care to keep it that way. It is clean, the staff is friendly, the amenities cover all my needs (business center, library, grills, pool and gym with basketball and yoga). I am excited to get into a remodeled unit as well. The upgrades are gorgeous! Streeter is clean, safe, priced right and in an amazing location. Can't go wrong here.

                                              so the management office here is a bunch of dysfunctional bullies. whoa, too many tenants over a certain age live here who have money and nothing better to do so they complain about everything and anything TV's in gym never work, my neighbor was charged fifty bucks for late rent when it was def not late. just another way they get more money out of you!! washers and dryers suck and are prob 20 years old and noisy as hell so don't try to do laundry if you stay home, you won't be able to hear anything. oh yeah not sure why they think their business center is so special, most of the time the computers don't work oh thanks for that convenience! cannot wait to leave here when my lease runs out this spring. yea!

                                                My husband and I lived in the Streeter for four years and, although we just purchased a condo, we're sad to leave. The staff in the building is great - friendly door men and prompt maintenance people. The quality of the building is top notch. Our unit was super quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Streeter to friends looking in the Streeterville area, if for no other reason than the free coffee, the pool, and the well-equipped gym, but truly this building has it all.

                                                  I've lived at the Streeter for years. It just keeps getting better and better... and that's saying something, because it's an amazing building already. I am constantly talking to friends about how much better my life became when I chose to move here. This is an experience, a lifestyle. The amenities floor is top notch, the staff and management are the best, and the people who live here are a community. I could go on and on about how every aspect of this property is manicured and updated regularly, but it would take too long. 345 E. Ohio is the jewel of Streeterville. When I moved here it was only going to be a one year stop. I'm on year six and don't plan on moving any time soon. :)
