Times Square Apartments

This place might look good when you tour but everything changes when you get here. There are not enough washers/dryers for the building. The maintenance people do not know what they are doing. The hot water is never constant in the shower, shower has never drained well, no cold water in the summer, bathrooms are so small you can't hardly move. When they upgraded the place they sprayed the shower tiles and tub which peel off within a few months of living here. Elevators don't work right half of the time. Depending on what floor you are on people are noisy and hallways smell like cigarette smoke and marijuana. This place was like living in a college apartment with loud music playing all hours of the night. The only good thing is that you don't have to pay for heat in the winter which is good b/c the windows draft really bad. Keep looking don't put yourself in this situation.
