The people do not honor their lease offers. They make you sign your lease at a high rate and then keep giving discounts to people who sign up later (for a better apartment). I would advise to hold off signing the lease, or simply find another place. Not as good as it looks from outside. They put a lot of pressure on residents to review the apartments. Also DO NOT completely trust the reviews on Google or Facebook since they usually make people write reviews in lobby, or hand out gift cards for that! Much better apartments available for cheaper prices. And the gym is pretty much useless if you are coming here for that.
