I have lived in the building for about 3 years and love my place. The view is amazing, I never hear my neighbors, total utilities are under $50 a month and the majority of problems are fixed within 24 hours. The head manager of the management office is a huge pain to deal with. She is mean and abrasive. Other than her, the place is great.
